    1. In this policy, "we" or "us" means PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia. Reference to "you", "your" or "user" means the person to whom this policy applies.

      3. to optimize the customer portal, our customer service and our sales approach, and other promotional measures;
      4. to process any orders you may make on the Portal;
      5. to respond to queries or feedback from you;
      6. to communicate with you, including providing you with updates on your order on the Portal, and changes to our products and services;
      7. to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, directives, orders, instructions and requests from any local or foreign authorities, including regulatory, governmental, tax and law enforcement authorities;

    2. The personal data is processed only for the abovementioned purposes. Only a very limited group of employees of PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia has access to your personal data for the above mentioned purposes.

    PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia may use a third party analytics service to analyze your behavior in the Portal. The third party provider may use “cookies". Cookies are text files that are saved on the user's computer and allow an analysis of the usage of the customer portal. The usage information generated by the cookies is transferred to the PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia server and may be used, processed and stored for the purpose of usage analysis.

    We may, from time to time in compliance with applicable laws disclose your personal data to third parties. PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia will take all reasonable organizational and technical measures to ensure that your personal data remains confidential and secure, and in compliance with relevant laws. We will take all steps we consider as necessary, to protect personal data against manipulation or unauthorized access by third parties.

    You may request access or make corrections to your personal data held by PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia. PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia reserves the right to charge you a fee for processing your request for access. Information on the processing fee will be made available to you at the time you submit a request.

    PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia is entitled to change this privacy policy at its sole discretion. PT Groz-Beckert Indonesia will inform you about the updated privacy policy on log in to the Portal, and ask for your consent to the updated Policy.
